Joiner Cummings is able to advise and work with our clients to add value to their property investments through asset management. Past experience of managing substantial portfolios on behalf of both institutional and private clients proved there was considerable value to be gained combining asset management and investment, which was not always obvious.

John was one of the original founders of Joiner Cummings in 1991. John has extensive experience in all aspects of commercial property investment and asset management gained over 25 years. He has a close personal relationship with a number of key clients including Land Securities, Aberdeen Asset Management, Aviva and Valad Europe as well as a selection of highly successful private property investors.

Will has over 17 years’ experience in providing property investment advice, starting in 1997 in the City of London with Chesterton and since 2001 with Joiner Cummings. Will has a detailed understanding of commercial property across a broad range of sectors throughout the UK. He has a large number of contacts throughout the property sector and receives instructions from a broad range of contacts and close client relationships including institutions and private investors.

Peter started his career at Montagu Evans, before a move to Joiner Cummings in 2005. Peter is an experienced member of the team having being involved in all manner of property transactions and is well versed in offering investment agency advice to institutional and major European property companies and private clients.

Max joined the company in October 2023 having started his career with Savills in 2018 and more recently working at Atlas Real Estate, where Max has gained experience in multi-sector sales and acquisitions, including industrial, offices, roadside, and retail warehousing. Max has worked for a broad range of clients from institutions and private equity to developers and private investors. Max graduated from Oxford Brookes University in 2017 and qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in December 2020. Outside of work, Max enjoys windsurfing, surfing, cricket, skiing, and golf.
